We want you to feel confident when purchasing our pots & planters. Since these items are often delicate and used for décor or gardening, we’ve designed a return policy that’s fair and transparent for both sides.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The planter or pot must be unused and unplanted
  • It must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label
  • You’ll receive clear instructions on how to send it back

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package all pots & planters, but if something goes wrong:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • If your item arrives cracked, broken, or incorrect, contact us immediately
  • Include photos so we can quickly resolve the issue

We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or planted pots
  • Items with soil, water, or damage after use
  • Custom or personalized planters
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you want a different style or size:

  • Simply return your item (if eligible)
  • Then place a new order for your preferred product

This is the fastest way to get what you want.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Cancel or return within 14 days
  • No explanation required

Items must still meet standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you about the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
